We took Rich on because right from the outset, he did exactly what he said he'd do. He turned up to look at the job (others said they would and either didnt bother or didn't quote). He was profesional in both his manner and his paperwork (all properly costed, itemised etc). He was happy to show insurance, gave us a schedule of works and (more importantly) stuck to it. We then got onto the job itself. Rich and all of his guys, including Rory and the rest of the team were a dream. They did fabulous work and we will miss having them around. We love our new extension (its lush, honest!) and they've turned a much loved but very dated house into a modern, spacious home that's great for chilling or entertaining...if we need any further building or carpentry work we wouldnt look anywhere else....party at ours anyone???
